eCommerce Sales Notifications
Making sure the right person or team receives a sales notification is important to make sure your orders are fulfilled. You can control who receives notifications in your editor.
To see your notification settings go to your Editor > Settings > Ecommerce > Notifications > Order Received.
By default, the Product Owner is turned off. The important part is making sure "Collaborators (Staff Accounts)" is turned on. That will ensure you and your team will receive notifications.
You can add team inboxes and other people who are not site editors to get notifications but adding their email address into the "Additional Email Recipients" field.
If you are a site editor and unsubscribe from the notifications, log into the editor and add your email address to the "Additional Email Recipients" field.
